Goodies SmartPay Service Agreements
1. Title Retainment & Device Security
Financed smartphones remain property of Goodies SmartPay until 100% contract repayment is completed. Devices are protected by Scalefusion MDM auto-lock software.
2. Repayments & Default Grace Period
Repayments are due based on the chosen package (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). A 3-day grace period applies before automated MDM lock enforcement.
3. Guarantor Liability
Registered guarantors assume joint liability in cases of default or uncontactable borrowers.
